Joe Guido, CEM, CEA, Founder, President - Since 2008, Joe has completed more than 350 energy and water assessments (Ashrae Level 1, 2 and 3) across the United States, having assessed more than 40 million square feet of hotel, multi-family, retail, mixed-use, senior housing, office, industrial, and military conditioned floor space. Joe has directly assisted with the completion of more than 800 energy and water efficiency projects which have increased commercial property values by more than $37 million. Greenrock provides ongoing energy and water management for hotel and multi-family properties nationwide, with a combined annual utility spend of more than $25 million. Prior to founding Greenrock, Joe worked extensively in multi-family real estate development and is a 12 year veteran of the US Navy. Joe is a graduate of the US Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD.
Bart Stewart, PE, CEM, CxA, CEA: Principal, Director of Engineering - Bart has been in the HVAC industry for over 23 years involved in every aspect from technical sales, engineering design, energy engineering and technical instruction. Over his long career as a mechanical, HVAC and energy engineer, Bart has led teams that have audited, commissioned, retro-commissioned, and provided engineering services for more than 150 million square feet of conditioned floor space across all real estate and building types. His great customer relation skills allow him to relate to people all the way from the board room to the boiler room. He has an ability to make complex concepts easy to understand even for non-technical clients. Bart has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Southern Polytechnic State University in Marietta, Georgia and is a graduate of the Trane Company Graduate Training Program in LaCrosse, Wisconsin
